Ha! Yes, that's true, but I want to be fully functional and training NOW! I'm sure in a few weeks I'll be back to normal on the ankle because it's getting pretty close.

Double M, I didn't make that up - Chi Running is really just focusing on your running form and posture to be efficient and minimize injury. There's another similar concept called POSE Running. http://www.chirunning.com

W4J, turtles in peanut butter reminds me of every running dream I have - I'm running as hard as I can but in slow motion... can't move at all. Maybe it's because I'm actually trying to act it out (like a dog) but due to sleep paralysis, I can't. (?)
