How is that score calculate? 2 pts per basket? 6 pts for touchdown? Higher is worse, like golf? Just curious so I can use such a number as well.
Total number of reps completed during the working time, so more is better. :) Of course, it really only works if you compare against people doing the same workout (even better if it's the same weight used.)
Makes sense. Yeah, I can see why the number wouldn't mean a whole lot if you compare two different workouts.
