I hope he wasn't hurt. 'Bent's seat came off in a Raid The North once, which is an even bigger emergency on his bike!

He was okay but most upset that he had to ride out standing !

Ouch! When mine broke on my very first 'bent, I had to basically do a sit-up for several hours to get to the next TA. After that I had to ride Moose's huge upright MTB when he dropped out.

I think a little adversity is good for him as long as he avoids an injury!
