Discussion: Raid Gaspesie - wetsuit?

Never raced up there before, saw wetsuits were in the recommended gear but videos from previous years didn't show anyone wearing one. Any thoughts on if it's worth bringing them? If so, what kind? Jet ski vs triathlon type?

Do you own a wetsuit? I know they often put short swimming legs in RIG. If you had one laying around, I probably would bring it just to be safe, but if you don't own one, I wouldn't worry about it - you guys travel fast enough to warm up quick after a swim.

Thanks for getting back to me! We ended up finding legless/sleeveless ones that slipped on and off super fast, worked well for keeping a little extra core body heat in. Looking forward to racing with you next weekend at nationals!
