I was thinking of doing some route running/checking around the city on Saturday (AMish) if anyone is up for it... This may or may not be in addition to the Metro in the afternoon depending on how 'hard' I go...
The main aim is to check where the alleyways go - there are more than a few decent shortcuts that are worthwhile knowing about in advance. Minor aim is to practice running in the city (hard surface jogging).
Might be up for that, but concrete jogging (when I don't have to) isn't exactly my idea of fun or sensible training. Take the MTBs instead? :D
Woo... Thats an idea... I will check the state of mine bike tonight after i've finished drowning practice ;)
