Race report sucks... but still... awesome!!

Totally awesome!

So excited and proud!! You guys hit the podium in a Euro race!! Has a Canadian team *ever* done that? Obviously, it's the result of your team's heavy usage of Salomon gear.

Congrats Phatty. Great race by the whole team. I only wish there were more photos and videos of you guys out on the course.

Well done! That was one epic trek section...and we only did a select part of it :-) Will see what Claire has hidden on her Iphone by way of more photos/videos...you never know...

Thanks, folks! It was great to get the trail mail after the race, too. To be clear, however, the feet shot did NOT include mine. They were too shocking for camera. I've since taken a needle to one of my big toenails to rid of the disgustingness (and pain) somewhat.

Sounds like you've got a case of Death Race Toenail. Surprisingly painful! Get well soon. (Mine took exactly 1 week to feel reasonably normal, fyi.)

Sounds like the bike to Grandtully got worse with time, just not what you want after THAT trek! Wasn't too bad wetness wise when we passed over it with Terrex (about the 2nd and 3rd teams to do so)....excellent write up! I need to get mine down on paper...
