I'll echo the many congrats. Was a great race to follow online and was totally stoked for you guys. Did you end up sleeping in the tent?

Tiny, we did not use the tent. Slept 2 nights, one near the TA just on the ground, another time we scored upon a very rare bothy (cabin with sleeping beds/mattress, etc). We just set it up for race registration, after that it was just eye candy.

FB- thanks again for the bike box - worked like a charm! Some (all) of the stryofoam didn't make it back though - I used pfd's and a sleeping pad instead, hope that's ok!

No Worries - the only thing I valued in there was the fork mount that I transplanted from my Tri-Sport box. I'm just happy it got used again... did the big Canadian flag draw any questions??

One way to feel like an Olympian is to have that bike box with a Team Canada Olympic sweatshirt on and have a stopover in Heathrow.....lots of looks but only one inquiry as to whether we were at the Olympics.
