No idea what your prs are, but it looks like a nice long run in the aerobic zone. My long run pace going by heart rate is roughly the same speed.
Granted, if I knew anything my leg wouldn't hurt, so take it for what it is worth.
Thanks, but this is definitely slower than I would have previously run for a similar distance. I used to be a 9-min mile cruiser a few years ago. My marathon best is 3:57:02, which was about 9 years ago, but I shouldn't have gotten that much slower "naturally" - 32 isn't that old in endurance sports.
