Thanks! I actually put a training plan together for the next month or so. It all hinges on the snow, though, so it's flexible.
I have a Yoga place close to our new house, so I might give it a try. It'll add balance to my life...
:) It will also help you work out any of the tight spots built up during normal training. I definitely think it's helped my flexibility. It's also nice to take some time to just relax mentally and be non-competitive once a week.
