Discussion: Zilwaukee

Would it be possible to ride the Zilwaukee bridge while it is under construction? The south bound side is closed, so you could ride it as long as all the pieces are in place.

Hmm... it's an interesting question. Maybe one could get away with it as long as they weren't actively working on it. That would actually be a pretty fair climb from down at the bottom of the ramp to the top of the bridge. You thinking of trying it on the way to/from the cabin or are you suggesting I drive down there? I was planning on hitting West Branch again on Wednesday.

I don't have plans to get up there soon. As we drove past it last weekend, the idea hit me.

I'm sure your family would love hanging out in Saginaw while you rode the Z-bridge... Ha!

May have to check it out on a weekend when I'm not crunched for time.
