Great job Hils. Dropping almost all "obvious" sugar out of my diet allowed me to lose several pounds and hit my target weight. I also feel so much better because of it :)

Thanks, guys! It's always a bonus to not feel like you're suffering.

Ha, Phil! Never know when you'll need a few bricks, right? That's not all "Pack weight" - some of it is just to get to what I think might be my ideal weight. I wonder how much the pack weighed at UNE when we were gone for 24 hours with pack rafts and water in bladders and bottles. Had to be pretty heavy.
