Ha! Maybe substitute Netflix. I had a big headache today, so I left work early and took a 3.5 hour nap. Also, I am drinking as much water as I can stomach.

Girl, taper and take care. Our bods need time off and not always on our schedule. It's the IFFAC way. A few days of painful training will do way more damage than taking a few days off.
I left work early and took a 3.5 hour nap yesterday, drank my water, and am feeling much better today - no headache! (Oh yeah, did I mention I had a terrible headache on Monday? I never get headaches.) Today, more rest... stretching... gear final packing. All good.
