Slow campus run. Legs felt slow and heavy (which is a good thing). Got some good stretching in as well.
Had planned to do a longer run and yesterday but my shoulder wasn't ready for it. Extra rest definitely won't hurt. Was just hoping to give the calf a little more strength and test.

Tried to pick a route that just went up and down the ridge. Some trails were more winding than others. And did a couple that only partially ascended/.
Pretty much covered all the trails that go up and down it except for two backcountry rough downhills.
Didn't feel super taxing. Legs finally started to give out on the final "climb" up from Chasers.
Set PR by 40" on Beauty, down McDonald and up the 4WD road. Cleaned Beauty for the first time ever. Beast was a little slower than last week, it was a little muddy and I had some small touches.
I had a small fall at the top of farm trying to unlock my fork.
