Headed up the hill to the gym.

Jumped right in to class. A bit dehydrated and I paid for it on the run home and for an hour afterwards.

Up and around Peterson Creek. Redlined a few times which was as good of reason as any to stop and adjust the shifter locations.

Note

A 3-day weekend at Big White with the boys. If snow fights, tumbling off the catrack in the dark, 2km walks to and fro from the bar, sleeping on the road, seeing who could pick up the biggest chunk of snow, and poker were sports, then I got a lot of training in this weekend. Not much different than when we were in our early 20's. Only we would occasionally interrupt the jagrbombs with 18yr old whiskeys.

Brilliant conditions on the Saturday. Got fresh tracks on 3 hours of sleep and a strong buzz. Done by 11:30am:-).
