Morning swim before the Calgary Marathon Expo. Swam 45 min non-stop (2+ km) and added a 5 min cool down.

Two rides today: Quiate valley - Jewell Pass - Prairie View - Razor's Edge. Bit wet but awesome ride with NA and Meridian. Lots of climbing and some savage descending.

Second ride was a climb with NA up Norquay and then down via Stoney Squaw - which was wet, but totally rideable.

Awesome day on the mtb.

Flat filled day with NA, Meridian, and KW cut ~20 km short for me. Rode from Ribbon Creek to the Highwood Pass summit and down. Waited for a good sized Grizzly to cross the road, and saw lots of sheep and deer. Awesome day aside from the flats!

solid ride with KT. Feeling good and getting the legs back. Out towards LLouise to the convenience store and back.
