Tues morning workout sans Lauren because she's away. 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 minute intervals, usually about half as much rest, but slight changes from that to avoid intervalling across busy streets and big downhills.

Felt pretty good! Beautiful morning. Holy moly last week of classes though. I'm not making it home to dinner Tu-Fri this week.

Green course at Lacamas Lake. My oh my was their some poison oak near #2. Enough that I was deterred from entering the woods and ran way around. There was lots of running way around today, but it was the right choice mostly.

White course with Sylvia and Martin in tow! They both did great! There was a bonus even-shorter kids course that Sylvia did her first no-parent-with-her navigating for beforehand - some missteps, but no grave unhappiness, so woo! And then white was more independent, if checking in with me about choices. Martin was a trooper running in his rainboots (whoops, shoulda packed better!)
