Started cramping up after 1st 300m interval, managed to stick with the pack for most of the workout, losing a few metres to them in the final 200s...not bad considering I haven't done speed in a while. Great workout - got the kinks out - and gave me a few more. Need to do this more often...thanks boys!

First track workout in a long, long...long time. Easy run to the Oval (UofC), then around and around 440m track - warmup was much easier than the warmdown as I was cramping up from the workout.
