Hiking (Killarney) 26:26:00 [3] 80.0 km (19:50 / km)
shoes: Saucony Kinvara trail
Note
For anyone I've been talking to about the kayak fitness program at HCKC, the program has been shelved this year.
Instead they will schedule group sessions on a one off basis which means if we want a training session we just need to round up about 5 people at a time.
I'll sort out the rates and, if it's reasonable, see if we can't get something going for some downtown AR specific paddle training.

Running (commute) 1:25:00 [3] 9.59 km (8:52 / km)
shoes: Saucony Kinvara 2
Pack 7lbs (guess)
Felt awful the whole run. Super tight hips meant I couldn't open my stride. GI issues almost immediately.
Stopped at Harbourfront Canoe and Kayak for a visit. They aren't open yet but the guys were there loading boats for a kayak camp they are holding this weekend. Great to see them!
Also great to use the facilities while I was there.
The run after was a little easier but made a more direct route home after the club, doing a walk run for part of the way.
I'm chalking it up to a few bad nights of insomnia.
