Nice muddy run along the grand river to Bingeman's and back. Took all the best trails on the way out and ran the main trail on the way home.

Aubrey and I went for a bike ride today up to Conestogo and back. Me on the cyclocross and her in the stroller. One us worked hard and the other is currently enjoying a 2hour nap.
