| 3. | Saw JJ going the other way on the trail to 5 as I approached 3. Probably 4 minutes behind him at this point. | ||||||

| 5. | Wide left via the trail then the road looked like the best route to me. Then I used the go control as an attack point. | ||||||
| 6. | Via the trail and off the trail junction. Control was in the dirt. | ||||||
| 7. | Original route choice blocked by fence and impassible waterfall. After climbing back up the ridge, I see JJ heading to 7 from the S. He disappears behind cliffs as I attack from N. | ||||||
| 8. | After crossing the bare rock, I spot JJ again, running along the wash at base of bare rock and follow him into 8 | ||||||
| 9. | JJ then follows me around the low route to 9, using trails almost the whole way. | ||||||
| 10. | +03:00 | Disaster strikes. I misread the rough open area, attacking off what I think is the corner, and end up much farther down the wash than intended, and very confused. A relapse of the poor planning, fuzzy concentration, and bad map reading of yesterday. (Sorry, team.) | |||||
