PF on left side. I've noticed some reduction in flexibility lately with running mileage going up. need to stretch much more often. Going to go see JD.
2/23/2010 - just did sylamore 25k & raced it. Felt pretty good for most of the race. There were a couple of miles where it felt like damage, but fine again by finish. No huge pain after - just general soreness all over.
