Carmichael's Climbing Speed
I actually felt kind of crappy at the beginning and had a hard time getting into it, but by the descending intervals, I was pretty good. It can't be that bad since I got an extra 0.2 miles in vs last time I did this workout. I'll chalk up the slow start to it being 6am.

Managed to get 120, but missed 125 several times. I think I psyched myself out on it. Grr

First 8 rounds - 70 lb, last 2 rounds - 88 lb. Wow, heavy! But that's what I was saying about 70 a few weeks ago and I'm used to that now.
