Run 39:22 [3] 3.6 mi (10:56 / mi)
Set out with my pack on (just 1L of water in it to convince myself that this isn't so bad on an everyday basis) and planned to run 7 miles. Well, just over a mile in, the pain in my left hamstring/glute was not going away and I recognized that I was compensating. So, I had to cut it short, which is good because it ended up just being a shuffle the entire time since the pain didn't go away. Boo! Going to do some stretching/foam rolling to try to see how that helps.
