Day 4 of really focusing on hitting my Eat to Perform Macros and food logging. I need to get back to the "problem" of all my pants being too loose again. For me, a lot of it is just awareness of what I'm eating so I don't end up eating two doughnuts or a quarter jar of almond butter.
