Paddle 15:24 intensity: (45 @1) + (43 @2) + (11:18 @3) + (2:38 @4) 1.42 mi (10:51 / mi) +22ft 10:41 / mi
ahr:155 max:169

First sprint. We took 3rd in the Novice "A" division (the more competitive division.) Still need work on the turns.

Paddle 11:43 intensity: (21 @0) + (1:07 @1) + (1:30 @2) + (8:45 @3) 0.97 mi (12:05 / mi) +10ft 11:58 / mi
ahr:147 max:161

Sprint #2 in the open division. Thought one turn was getting better, but we didn't do all that well in this one. Funny, looking at my HR and speed overlay, my highest HR was when our speed was the slowest - turning the canoe.

Paddle 1:13:40 intensity: (1:38 @0) + (25:52 @1) + (26:37 @2) + (19:09 @3) + (24 @4) 5.4 mi (13:39 / mi) +147ft 13:18 / mi
ahr:137 max:165

Sprint turn practice. The wind made it tricky, but I finally got it.

ahr:140 max:162

Holy headwind on the way out! How could I not go for a ride along the ocean on my first day back, though? The way back was fun and fast. I don't care that they had huge panniers and were on a long day, it felt good to catch those bike packers who I passed on my way out.

Run 35:56 intensity: (14 @0) + (2:13 @1) + (7:59 @2) + (22:03 @3) + (3:27 @4) 3.0 mi (11:59 / mi) +471ft 10:26 / mi
ahr:151 max:167

Pretty short run, but they have some good hills in traverse city! Last day in Michigan and my hosts weren't up yet so the perfect opportunity to get a run in.
