Was super worried because my right shoulder was bothering me in the morning. This is the one that had the rotator cuff injury. How was I going to manage a 27-mile race next weekend if the shoulder was hurt. I was a bit careful on it, but in the end, it didn't end up hurting while I was paddling. In fact, by evening, it was actually feeling better. Weird stuff. I steered for my team for next weekend's Catalina Crossing. We all got along well and seemed to improve as time went on during the practice.

TE=5! Rode with Blaine after work today, and as expected, he kicked my butt. The cool thing about biking with a triathlete is that they don't mind being your domestique for the entire ride. This should be a regular thing so I can get my sorry butt back into cycling shape.
