First day back at crossfit. Surprisingly still pretty strong: worked up to 1RM power clean and then squat. 55*65*75*85*95*105*115 I failed on 125, but not too bad considering I haven't touched a barbell in over a year.
12 min AMRAP: 10 power clean (65 lb) 10 burpee box jumps 4 round +17 reps
Rx on the clean was 75 lb. I thought "no problem" but after a few lifts, I decided not to be dumb and to try to build up slowly. It wasn't a bad move.
