GNC middle. Really fun race and terrain. I started well but lost map contact on the way to 6 and lost about 45s. AJ caught 2min on me after another ~25s lost at 9, then we were together most of the rest. We stopped short on the way to 14, and missed 15 completely, which was a bummer. I also did something weird to the last control.

Fifth for the second day in a row. The last time I was in Georgia was as a sophomore in 2003, and I believe I was also fifth in the Interscholastics that year - though the people ahead of me were very different...

GNC sprint. Made a silly direction mistake out of the start for about 15s lost. Pretty clean other than that, though it wasn't a particularly challenging or interesting sprint. I stubbed my toe twice in quick succession on some metal bracketing and afterward was worried it would be too swollen/sore to run the subsequent days, which would have been very irksome.
