Chest and triceps day
OH MY GOD ARVIN WAS FREAKING PACKED.
-Wide-grip lat pull down on dual pulldown machine (4 sets of 6, 8, 10, 12 @ 50, 50, 42.5, 40 lbs)
-Bench Press (3 x 12 @100 lbs)
-SUPERSET: Incline DB Flyes and Push-ups (2 x 10/20 @30 lbs)
-Cable Crossover (1 drop set starting @25 lbs)
-Smith machine close-grip bench press (4 sets of 6, 8, 10, 12 @75, 65, 55, 50 lbs)
-Dips (3 x 12 w/ 35 lb plate)
-SUPERSET: Cable rope overhead tri extensions and tricep pull downs (2 x 10 @30/35 lbs)
-Lying tricep press (1 drop set starting @ 40 lbs. Ish. People were hogging the damn bars)
Idk why but it seems like the machines here are a lot harder to work with than the ones back home. Like they don't get oiled, or they rub against the machinery.
Ended w 30 min on bike
