Felt my foot hurting a little. Not a good sign, low-key panicking about possibly not healing in time for Intercollegiates.

Went to push-up research thing in the Human Performance Lab today. Pretty cool stuff, got body composition scans, lots of measurements, and push-ups, of course. Weight was a lot lower than expected, 113 lbs after having eaten breakfast, so in actuality probably somewhere around 110... haven't been that light in a while. DEXA scan showed 18% body fat with some interesting data about bone density... apparently the bones in my left arm are denser than my right, which is typical of a leftie, but I'm right-handed? Interesting. Also higher than average density all-around, so yay. Interesting. Bod Pod showed 13.5% body fat. So actual body composition should be somewhere between the two.

Good form with the push-ups, of course. No muscle imbalances. Hit 71 reps in a minute, good news for APFT goal of 105.

The DPE guy helping me out was trying to convince me to join the powerlifting team. Can't say it's not a tempting proposal.
