Big day around Canmore. From Nordic centre climbed the single track up and past Grassi Lakes to the damn and then over to Ha Ling (aka Ha Long) Peak and power hiked that one. Spectacular view from the top and one giant marmot. Ran down to Riders of Rohan, met up w Meridian, Neasa, and Devon, and then continued to High Line. Ran that back into town and the awaiting feast at Communitea. All in, 3-330. Solid run, felt pretty good through most of it, and the climbing is coming along well. Only downside is that my right ankle is apparently slightly sprained - similar to Tor des Geants injury from last year. Might ease up this week and give it a chance to rebound.

solid morning run w/ Ian and Adrian. From my place to COP - did a lap - then back. Ian threw in a couple extra hills for good measure. He's running well right now and will be a threat this summer.
