had some time before work for some light work.. really wanted to get in some calf/ankle work
circuits (resistance) 10:00 [3]
did about 15 mins on the lower legs (eccentric load and stretch) then a few circuits.
Note
my compass stopped working on Sunday... no kidding. It seems to have flipped almost180 degrees (but not exactly)... anyone have this happen before?
Luckily I was on a road and knew excactly where I was ... confused me for a moment but I checked it against my compass in my map holder and it totally flipped... good thing it happended before the WT
I love making fun of teams who claim "I don't know what happened, the compass wasn't working".. and I almost became one!!
