had some time before work for some light work.. really wanted to get in some calf/ankle work

circuits (resistance) 10:00 [3]

did about 15 mins on the lower legs (eccentric load and stretch) then a few circuits.

Note

my compass stopped working on Sunday... no kidding. It seems to have flipped almost180 degrees (but not exactly)... anyone have this happen before?

Luckily I was on a road and knew excactly where I was ... confused me for a moment but I checked it against my compass in my map holder and it totally flipped... good thing it happended before the WT

I love making fun of teams who claim "I don't know what happened, the compass wasn't working".. and I almost became one!!

logging as a level 3 is a bit of a stretch but it was more than 3 hrs so I'll call it a wash....

Mostly on roads - finally checked out Acton Island... had a 'cool' kinda feel to it... it was overcast and a little misty.. felt almost like riding up the Sunshine Coast or near Tofino for a bit and then the forest became more mixed again.

did a few trails.. not as messy as they could be after all the recent rain. FDF's made an appearance once on the trails, but none on the roads!!!! :)

If the rain subsides we should be good for the WT.. so long as we don't have to go on Ragged Rapids (Cranberry Grower's) road... it got totally washed out and is closed... hope they don't have to get boats in there - be a longish portage from hwy 38 :-(
