Just adding mileage for my bike through the race. These were 50 hard earned kilometres... very muddy, rocky and difficult ATV trails.

Upper back, shoulders, lower back and head were all feeling crunchy and cranky, so I hopped on the board for a stretching, strengthening, head-clearing paddle.

Kayakercize class - Lots of distance covered with steady paddling tonight.
