A run along the neighbourhood. I had two goals tonight:
1) to play with my new Suunto Ambit; and
2) to try to get a stitch so that I can start working on figuring out what is causing it for me and how to better deal with it when it happens.
I was only successful in playing with the watch. The watch is awesome. It's the first HR monitor strap that I have had that feels good and doesn't fall down. I can finally start monitor HR again. The features are sweet too and the watch is easy to use. Pure fun! Can't wait to take it to the mountains.
Despite talking while running, breathing shallow, speeding up and slowing down, breathing irregularly and so on and so forth, I wasn't able to produce a stitch. I'll keep working on it. I've done a pile of research and know what things I want to try to get rid of one when it happens again. I want to get a really bad one so that I can really put all the things to the test.
