Foolishly ran Blue Mountain half marathon after a very late night out with the ladies in Collingwood

I think I was starting fall asleep when the countdown to start went off
The entire race felt like an out of body experience especially the windy climb right out of Thorn bury. Thank god for a long fast downhill near the end
Overall Winning time was 1:26 so not your average fast course
Was happy considering my physical state with 23 overall and 3 rd in age
Will never run like that again!!

Run for toad with Mr Gally and friends of ours
Mr Gally followed RIGHT behind me first lap then inches forward chirping for us to aim for negative split on second lap

I kept his yellow shirt in my sights...
Tiny gave me the carrot at 3 km to go telling me
He was one minute ahead and that is how it ended darn!!
Great venue !
Congrats to Fun Run on his impressive finish
And huge kudos to Mrs. Tiny who was looking good on the 50 km course when she thought she signed up for the 25!'
