Trail Running 2:42:00 [3] 23.0 km (7:03 / km)

Hockley loop with Mr Gally did the new official route staying on white Bruce instead of final blue trail hillier and a tiny bit longer than route I usually do but more scenic in my opinion
MrGally carried map entire run checking it and was a bit disappointed at end when his map showed run ending then I told him probably another 2 to 3 km but he did very well considering first time doing this loop
Legs felt good still but transition to bike after was tough as after hockley loop reward is usually getting in car
Great day with my hubby
