Did the Seaton trail test - felt good on first 26 km, rough on middle section and strong at end. Great course, great volunteers. Enjoyed the out and back in the sense that you could see other friends out there and encourage each other on (Patty, Sally, Kelly Sean Roper). Terrain got very mucky at some points which I liked as good chance to pass racers that were trying to keep dry which was pretty much impossible on this course with the river crossings. Goal was to do this in under 6 hours which I did and was very happy to be ther first female overall. I am starting to like these!!
