Early morning wet slippery run with Dee at Halton
Somehow ended up at Spey side instead of Halton loop but I think Dee has just got used to it and said nothing although I am sure she was chuckling to herself
Slow and slippery but great to catch up wih her

Running race (Blue mountain half marath) 1:45:00 [4] 21.1 km (4:59 / km)

Foolishly ran Blue Mountain half marathon after a very late night out with the ladies in Collingwood

I think I was starting fall asleep when the countdown to start went off
The entire race felt like an out of body experience especially the windy climb right out of Thorn bury. Thank god for a long fast downhill near the end
Overall Winning time was 1:26 so not your average fast course
Was happy considering my physical state with 23 overall and 3 rd in age
Will never run like that again!!
