Caroline's Midtown Yoga class - pretty hard vinyasa class.

Long slow run with hiking sections at shelby farms w/OS. Only picked it up at the end for ~15-20 min to warm up. Slight discomfort in left arch, but none the next morning. Apparently can handle the time & distance if going slowly enough.

This was absolutely killer.

In addition, did 20 min core work. Had to get a ride home - too shaky to ride.
