Ran at Shelby Forrest from Poplar Lake to the red trail, along the northern hillier side, out to the road and back on the 3 little pigs to the car. Minimal tightness in the left arch where PF pain was. Nothing worse than a 22 miler used to feel like, but in the injury spot. Lots of stretching left no probs for the rest of the day.
