Warm up stretch and run

4.5 miles hard

Cool down and a 200M dash trying to expand my stride my coach tried to say we could do it in 50 steps. We all called BS since that is 4M a step. I did it in about 100 strides with my short legs

Excellent run today. Was able to keep control of the course and have a good flow in the woods. I think all the skills greg Balter is teaching me really came into play today and felt natural. I hope to have more great runs like this in the near future.

Sprint race at flying pig. Felt solid with maybe 20 to 30 seconds of error.

orienteering race 43:54 [3] 4.5 km (9:45 / km) +160m 8:17 / km

Middle at flying pig. Yet another good race but could have saved maybe 2 mins total

orienteering race 54:52 [3] 4.8 km (11:26 / km) +250m 9:04 / km

A lot of climb today which didn't make me feel great but I just sucked it up. Had one big mistake and went off the map luckily I figured it out and only lost 2-3 mins on the leg. Other than that I just felt sluggish on the hills.
