(thank god that is over!!)
Started cramping up after 1st 300m interval, managed to stick with the pack for most of the workout, losing a few metres to them in the final 200s...not bad considering I haven't done speed in a while. Great workout - got the kinks out - and gave me a few more. Need to do this more often...thanks boys!

Met up with the McKeever bros as I was cruising through the stadium...they were setting up for a little intensity workout, so I joined in - why not! 4 X 20sec sprint + 5min Z3/4. Aside from overheating (only had warmup clothes on), it actually was pretty good. I simply hung on for dear life...and counted down the seconds when I started tasting blood. Glad to hear that Brian was 'tired' today...and that we were only doing 1 interval. I don't think i would have lasted for 2...
