road running 5:00 [1] 0.5 mi (10:00 / mi)

Warm-up

orienteering 1:07:59 [4] 9.1 km (7:28 / km)

Day 2, hot. Very tired, but didn't fade as bad as I feared, even though I was once again tripping/falling a lot. Just haven't done enough woods running to get used to picking my feet up enough.
By the way, a very fine O' meet.

Warm-up/down

track 25:04 [4] 3.75 mi (6:41 / mi)

A couple of 800s@3:00 and a couple 1600s@6:15 with slow 400s in between. The usual struggle...

trail running 2:46:31 [2] 12.0 mi (13:53 / mi)

Seven Sisters race course (steep, rocky hills, 5100' climb). Relatively easy pace aerobicly, lots of walking uphills, not aggressive on the downhills, but the quads get trashed anyway. Good outing.
