The best swim session I have had yet.
If I remember correctly the effort was:
4 (100m) / 30s
2 (200m) / 45s
1 x 400
I moved out of the slowest lane and into the middle lane (we use 3 lanes) and I wasnt holding everyone up either.
SO. I was thinking about extending my stroke in the water and creating that `S` movement with my arm in the water, bringing it right through to exiting at the hip, connecting with the water all the way.
Breathing was better also, I seem to be struggling less with that.
My neck is a little stiff but I suppose that is normal as it was the 4th swim session since last Saturday.
