Plan was to go for easy run but my mp3-player said that the contract is now out

That was enough so I decided to balance between zones 3&4.

My Garmin runned out of battery few km before finish line.
Total was about 53km and 5h20mins.

We had fun, race was first to my friend Mari and considering her current condition & inexperiency she did more than well.

We took part as mixed team.
Results will be available later.

For me this was good training day.
For Mari this was good experience and now she is already asking for more.
One more soul lost to adventure sports. ;o)

10x400m with 88sec per 400m / 30sec rest between laps was the plan.
It didnt went so well.

I left all functions on to my Garmin and it hides the clock 2/3rds of the overall time.
It would be little bit easier to calibrate the pace when time is shown all the time. Anyway - tomorrow is good to continue from this pace.
