Day 5

Exploring a new 10k trail route.
Twisted ankle a bit, got lost for a moment and I was attacked by the dog and forgot to eat today.
Yeap. that was healthy and successful evening of running.
Didn't found the route due dog...
...so it is maybe better to try to find an alternative for planned route.

Slept well last night, at least enough.
I think I need to focus on sleeping more than I have done so far.

Felt pretty okay when considering what happened on Saturday.
Right foot Achilles were still bit sore yesterday but today it seems to be okay.
Lots of eating & drinking (water & electrolytes, not beer on Tuesday & Wednesday.

I was planning to start running on Thursday but I think I will go already this evening as the weather is so nice, it cold and raining.
