After yesterday that felt like rest day, legs feel stiff and bit tired.
5 weeks behind, 4 week still left of my "programs" first phase if I may call it that way. First 5 weeks gained only 302km of running so basically I am not even half way there what it comes to distance. I hope that I will be able to pull this trough as it would be a much needed extension to my basis. To be honest, it will be difficult and if I had to place a bet, I would place my money on no success. As the weekly total kilometers go above 100k per week, it will be totally different game for me. Cannot have any problems with legs, back and have to stay healty. Easier said that done.
Next 4 weeks will be 98-112-126-140, if I am lucky.
Other plans for the week is some kayaking & cycling during the weekend.
I "can" spent the whole weekend outdoors so I guess it is better to take the pleasure out of this. Just packing the gear on Friday and returning on Sunday.
Last season we were able to extend the kayaking season until 15th of January until the sea got frozen.
