Good,
- Completed the hours that I set as a goal
- Lot of good training races and enough recovery pace running / cycling.
- Long paddles and runs.
- In generally, recovering from training sessions was good.
Bad,
- Long MTB's are missing completely.
- Not enough orienteering based training.
- Bad sleep in generally, just not enough.
- Not consentrating enough for stretching / other ie. massage.
- About nutrition, general failure is simple, too much, not frequent enough.
So, there is lot to improve to the next block.
