Last Run Of The Week - +7k week completed.

Last run of the week was with my dog Rio when it was already dark. My overall total for Vertical Week is +7267m of ascent and from those, +7171m on foot.Running mainly on trails, off-trail, in snow, 14h45min, 88,62km / +7171m, at Helsinki.Next week I will be on holiday but I am staying in Helsinki area, I will continue with hill type training. #VerticalWeek #Suunto #Clifbar #Salomon #TrailDog
