Another jog / fast walk with the dog, about 11km at Hallainvuori & Herttoniemi, "kilpa 5 etc".

Jogging down the descents and walking fast the flats & ascents. Really considering to put these into training log, but how, that is a good question.

Good recovery training and mainly zone 1.
